Overview
High-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET high- and low-side driver IC with independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels. Single-chip integration of high- and low-side gate drive circuits achieved through a high-voltage compatible process. Logic input levels compatible with CMOS or LSTTL outputs down to 3.3V. Output stage features high-current pulse capability and shoot-through prevention dead-time logic. The floating channel enables high-side N-channel power MOSFET driving, with a maximum floating supply voltage of 250V. SOP8 package, operating temperature range -40℃ to 125℃.
