Overview
The NSG27323 is a power switch driver. It features matched rise and fall times when charging and discharging the gate of a power switch. The NSG27323 exhibits high latch-up immunity under any condition within its rated power and voltage range. When noise spikes of up to 5V (either polarity) appear on the ground pin, the NSG27323 will not be damaged. The NSG27323 can accept reverse currents of up to 500mA forced back into its output without damage or logic upset. All ports are fully protected against ESD up to 2.0 kV.
