Overview
The NSG27324 is a power switch family driver. It features matched rise and fall times when charging and discharging the gate of a power switch. The NSG27324 offers high latch-up immunity under any condition within its rated power and voltage range. When noise spikes of up to 5V (either polarity) appear on the ground pin, the NSG27324 will not be damaged. The NSG27324 can accept up to 500mA of reverse current forced back into its output without damage or logic upset. All ports are fully protected against ESD up to 2.0 kV.
