Overview
The NSG27325 is a power switch series driver. It features matched rise and fall times when charging and discharging the gate of a power switch. The NSG27325 is highly latch-up resistant under any conditions within its rated power and voltage range. The NSG27325 will not be damaged when noise spikes of up to 5V (either polarity) appear on the ground pin. The NSG27325 can accept up to 500mA of reverse current forced back into its output without damage or logic upset. All ports are fully protected against ESD up to 2.0 kV.
