Overview
Single-channel high-speed gate driver for effective MOSFET and IGBT power switch driving. The design minimizes shoot-through current, delivering high peak source and sink current pulses to capacitive loads with rail-to-rail drive capability and ultra-short propagation delay. Provides symmetric 4A peak sink and source drive capability at VDD=15V. Wide VDD operating range of 4.5V to 25V and wide temperature range of -40℃ ~ 125℃. When VDD exceeds the operating range, the internal UVLO circuit on the VDD pin holds the output low.
