Overview
NSG27524 is a power switch driver featuring matched rise and fall times when charging and discharging the gate of a power switch. The NSG27524 offers high latch-up immunity under any condition within its rated power and voltage range. It will not be damaged by noise spikes up to 5V (either polarity) on the ground pin. The NSG27524 can accept up to 500mA of reverse current forced back into its output without damage or logic upset. All ports are fully protected against ESD up to 2.0 kV.
