Overview

NSG27531 is a low-voltage power MOSFET and IGBT non-inverting gate driver. Proprietary latch-up immune CMOS technology enables a highly robust monolithic integrated structure. The NSG27531 logic input levels are compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic output levels as low as 3.3V. The output driver features a wide VCC range, UVLO with hysteresis, and output current buffer stage. Operates over a temperature range of -40℃ to 125℃.
