Overview
NSG27714 is a 700V high-side/low-side gate driver with 4.5A/5.0A source/sink current capability, designed to drive power MOSFETs or IGBTs. The device features a ground-referenced channel and a floating channel designed for bootstrap power supply operation. It maintains normal logic operation under VS pin negative voltage conditions up to -11VDC, offering excellent stability and noise immunity. The device supports a wide bias supply input range of 10V to 20V and provides undervoltage lockout protection for VCC and VB bias supply pins. The device is offered in a SOP14 package with a rated operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
