Overview
NSG3021 is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET high- and low-side gate driver IC with independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels. Utilizing a high-voltage compatible process, the high- and low-side gate drive circuits are integrated on a single chip, with logic input levels compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic outputs as low as 3.3V. The floating channel supports driving high-side N-channel power MOSFETs, with a maximum floating supply offset voltage of 650V. Available in SOP8 package, operable over a temperature range of -40℃ to 125℃.
