Overview
The NSG3100C 4A gate driver is designed to deliver high peak current pulses during short switching intervals, driving a single N-channel enhancement-mode MOSFET in low-side switch applications. The driver provides NSG3100C input thresholds, with internal circuitry maintaining the output in a low state. The NSG3100C features fast MOSFET switching performance to maximize efficiency in high-frequency power converter designs.
