Overview
NSG531 is a general-purpose power switch controller that replaces push-pull circuits built from discrete components, capable of directly driving power switches such as IGBTs, power MOSFETs, and relays. The device is available in a SOT23-5 package. Its input and output signals are in phase, supporting a wide range of power switch types. Supply voltage range is 5V–20V, and input voltage range is 0V–20V. Source current capability is -2A (maximum) and sink current capability is 2A (maximum), enabling direct drive of 1200V 25A IGBTs.
