Overview
The NSG532 is a power switch series driver featuring matched rise and fall times when charging and discharging the gates of power switches. The device provides a high degree of latch-up immunity under any conditions within its rated power and voltage range. The NSG532 will not be damaged when noise spikes of up to 5V (either polarity) appear on the ground pin. It can withstand reverse currents of up to 500mA forced back into its output without damage or logic upset. Comprehensive ESD protection of up to 2.0kV is provided on all terminals.
