Overview
The NSG6000R is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET high- and low-side gate driver IC. It features independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels, suitable for direct drive of MOSFETs up to 5A. The high-low voltage compatible process enables monolithic integration of both high- and low-side gate drive circuits, with logic input levels compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic outputs as low as 3.3V. The floating channel can be used to drive high-side N-channel power MOSFETs, with a maximum operating voltage of up to 600V on the floating ground channel. Available in SOP8 package, it operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
