Overview
The NSG6022 is a high-voltage, high-speed half-bridge gate driver IC featuring two independent channels for driving power MOSFETs and IGBTs. It integrates high-side and low-side UVLO, overvoltage clamp, and other protection circuits, with high-current pulse output capability. Logic inputs are compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic levels as low as 3.3V. Peak output current reaches up to 4.5A, and the floating channel supports a maximum operating voltage of 700V. Suitable for driving N-channel high-voltage power MOSFETs, IGBTs, and similar devices.
