Overview
The NSG6288Q is a three-phase high-voltage power MOSFET and IGBT gate driver capable of simultaneously driving the gates of both high-side and low-side power transistors. The floating channel drive design accommodates bus voltages up to 250V. The NSG6288Q output delivers high drive capability with source/sink currents up to 1.2A/2.0A. Its wide operating voltage range allows independent optimization of high-side and low-side gate drive voltages for maximum drive efficiency. Integrated shoot-through prevention and dead-time circuitry prevents simultaneous conduction of both transistors, further reducing switching losses. The NSG6288Q's UVLO function ensures both driver outputs remain low when the supply voltage is insufficient. The NSG6288Q integrates bootstrap diodes to minimize external component count.
