Overview
The NSG7385 is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT gate driver IC. It integrates two independent high-side driver channels with logic input levels compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic outputs down to 3.3V. The floating channels can drive high-side N-channel power MOSFETs, with a maximum floating supply voltage up to 700V. Offered in an SOP14 package, it operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
