Overview
The NSG7385 is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT gate driver IC. It integrates two independent high-side driver channels with logic inputs compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic output levels as low as 3.3V. The floating channels support high-side N-channel power MOSFET driving, with a maximum floating supply voltage of 700V. Available in SOP14 package, it operates over a temperature range of -40℃ to 125℃.
