The OPA1622 is a dual-channel, bipolar-input, SoundPlus™ audio operational amplifier. This device features an ultra-low noise density of 2.8nV/√Hz at 1kHz and an ultra-low THD+N of –119.2dB. It can also drive a 32Ω load with an output power of 100mW. The OPA1622 has extremely high specifications for the AC power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) and common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR), which can eliminate noise from the power supply, making it ideal for portable audio applications. Additionally, the device has a high output drive capability of +145mA/-130mA. The OPA1622 supports a wide power supply voltage range from ±2V to ±18V, with a supply current of only 2.6mA per channel. The OPA1622 operational amplifier is unity-gain stable and can maintain excellent dynamic performance under a wide range of load conditions. The OPA1622 has a shutdown mode that allows the amplifier to switch from normal operation to a state with a typical standby current of less than 5μA. This shutdown feature is specifically designed to eliminate click and pop noise when entering or exiting the shutdown mode. The OPA1622 uses a unique internal layout to achieve the lowest crosstalk and zero interaction between channels, even under overdrive or overload conditions. This device is rated for operation from -40°C to +125°C.
