OPA1664AIDR

The OPA1662 (dual-channel) and OPA1664 (quad-channel) bipolar-input operational amplifier series can achieve an extremely low noise density of 3.3nV/√Hz with ultra-low distortion (0.00006% at 1kHz). The OPA1662 and OPA1664 series operational amplifiers support a rail-to-rail output swing of up to 600mV into a 2kΩ load, which can increase headroom and dynamic range. In addition, these devices have a high output drive capability of ±30mA. These devices can operate over a wide power supply voltage range of ±1.5V to ±18V, or +3V to +36V, with a supply current of only 1.5mA per channel. The OPA1662 and OPA1664 operational amplifiers are unity-gain stable and provide excellent dynamic performance over a wide range of load conditions. They also feature fully independent circuitry to minimize crosstalk and are immune to inter-channel interaction effects, even during overdrive or overload conditions. The OPA1662 and OPA1664 are specified for operation from -40°C to +85°C.
