OPA2130UAM/TR-HG

The OPAx130 family (OPA130, OPA2130, and OPA4130) is a new generation of high-voltage (48V), low-noise, precision op amps. These devices offer excellent DC accuracy and AC performance, including low offset (±100μV maximum), low drift (±1μV/°C), 1.1MHz bandwidth, and 22nV/√Hz input voltage noise density at 10kHz. Unique features such as differential input voltage range to the negative supply rail, high output current (±40mA), and capacitive load drive up to 1nF make the OPA130 a high-performance op amp for high-voltage industrial applications. The robust design of the OPA130 family provides ease of use for circuit designers: integrated RF/EMI rejection filter, no phase reversal under overload conditions, and high ESD protection. The OPA130 is optimized to operate from +4.5V (±2.25V) to +48V (±24V) over an extended temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The OPA130 (single-channel) is available in SOT-23-5 and SOP-8 packages. The OPA2130 (dual-channel) is available in SOP-8, DFN-8, and MSOP-8 packages. The quad OPA4130 is available in SOP-14 and TSSOP-14 packages.
