OPA2310IDR

The OPAx310 series of operational amplifiers includes single-channel (OPA310), dual-channel (OPA2310), and quad-channel (OPA4310) low-voltage (1.5V to 5.5V) high-output current operational amplifiers with rail-to-rail input and output swing capabilities. The OPAx310S also features a very fast shutdown response, with an enable time typically of 0.9μs, which can save power when the application involves the duty cycle of the amplifier signal chain. The OPAx310 series has strong ESD performance and a fail-safe input ESD structure, with no diode connection between the input terminal and the positive power supply rail. The OPAx310 is available in power board, standard, and small package models, and has internal current limit protection and thermal shutdown protection functions, enabling higher robustness when operating at high output currents. The OPAx310's swing is very close to the power supply rail, and the short-circuit current is at least 75mA over the entire temperature range at a 5.5V power supply voltage. The output current capability can be increased by carefully connecting multiple operational amplifiers in parallel. The OPAx310 devices are well-suited for LED driver, LCD driver, laser driver, and TEC driver applications, and can also be used as reference buffers, protection amplifiers, or discrete LDOs. The robust design of the OPAx310 series helps simplify circuit design. These operational amplifiers integrate RFI and EMI suppression filters and do not exhibit phase reversal under input overdrive conditions. These devices also offer excellent AC performance, with a gain bandwidth of 3MHz and a capacitive load of up to 250pF without self-oscillation, enabling designers to achieve higher performance and lower power consumption.
