Overview

The OPA322 family includes single, dual, and quad CMOS op-amps with low noise and rail-to-rail input/output, optimized for low-power, single-supply applications. The wide supply range of 1.8 V to 5.5 V and low quiescent current of only 1.5 mA per channel make these devices ideal for power-sensitive applications. The combination of ultralow noise (8.5 nV/√Hz at 1 kHz), high gain bandwidth (20 MHz), and high slew rate (10 V/μs) makes the OPA322 family an ideal choice for numerous applications, including signal conditioning and sensor amplification requiring high gain. In addition, the OPA322 family features very low THD+N, making it equally well-suited for consumer audio applications, especially single-supply systems. The OPA×322S devices feature a shutdown mode that allows the amplifier to be switched from normal operation to standby state (standby current typically less than 0.1 μA). The OPA322 (single-channel) is available in SOT23-5 and SOT23-6 packages, while the OPA2322 (dual-channel) is offered in MSOP-8, MSOP-10, SO-8, and DFN-8 packages. The quad-channel OPA4322 comes in TSSOP-14 and TSSOP-16 packages. All device versions are specified for an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
