The single-channel OPA328 and dual-channel OPA2328 (OPAx328) are a new generation of precision low-voltage CMOS op amps optimized for ultralow noise and wide bandwidth. The OPAx328 features a linear input stage with zero crossover distortion, delivering excellent CMRR of 120dB (typical) across the entire input range. The input common-mode voltage range extends 100mV beyond both supply rails. Output voltage swing is typically within 10mV of the supply rails. The OPAx328 also employs proprietary e‑trim™ op amp technology to achieve a unique combination of ultralow offset voltage and low input offset voltage drift, without any input chopping or auto-zero techniques. Low noise (6.1nV/√Hz) and high-speed performance (40MHz, 30V/μs) make these devices ideal for driving sampling ADCs. The OPAx328 is also an excellent choice for high-impedance input, single-supply applications. Low input bias current and low input capacitance enable high-frequency transimpedance gain at low photocurrent operation (<1nA).
