Overview

The OPAx333 series CMOS op amps deliver precision performance at a highly competitive price. These devices belong to a zero-drift amplifier family that uses proprietary auto-calibration technology, featuring ultra-low offset voltage (15μV maximum) with near-zero drift over time and temperature, and quiescent current of only 28μA. With rail-to-rail input and output and virtually flat 1/f noise characteristics, the OPAx333 series is ideal for a wide range of applications, simplifying system design. These devices are optimized for low-voltage operation from 1.8V (±0.9V) to 5.5V (±2.75V). The OPA333 (single-channel version) is available in SC70-5, SOT23-5, and SOP-8 packages. The OPA2333 (dual-channel version) is available in MSOP-8 and SOP-8 packages. The OPA4333 is available in standard SOP-14 and TSSOP-14 packages. All device versions are rated for an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
