Overview
The OPA703 family (OPA703, OPA2703, and OPA4703) is a new generation of high-voltage (48V), low-noise, precision op amps. These devices offer excellent DC accuracy and AC performance, including low offset (±100μV maximum), low drift (±1μV/°C), 1.1MHz bandwidth, and input voltage noise density of 22nV/√Hz at 10kHz. Unique features — such as differential input voltage range extending to the negative supply rail, high output current (±40mA), and capacitive load drive capability up to 1nF — make the OPA703 a high-performance op amp well-suited for high-voltage industrial applications. The robust design of the OPA703 family offers ease of use for circuit designers: integrated RF/EMI rejection filter, no phase reversal under overdrive conditions, and high ESD protection. The OPA703 is optimized for operation from +4.5V (±2.25V) to +48V (±24V) over an extended temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The OPA703 (single-channel) is available in SOT-23-5, DIP-8, and SOP-8 packages. The OPA2703 (dual-channel) is available in SOP-8, DFN-8, and MSOP-8 packages. The quad OPA4703 is available in SOP-14 and TSSOP-14 packages.
