OPA4202M/TR-HG

The OPAx202 family (including OPA202, OPA2202, and OPA4202) is a new generation of high-voltage (48V), low-noise, precision op amps. These devices offer excellent DC accuracy and AC performance, including low offset voltage (±100 μV maximum), low drift (±1 μV/°C), 1.1 MHz bandwidth, and input voltage noise density of 22 nV/√Hz at 10 kHz. Unique features such as differential input voltage range extending to the negative supply rail, high output current (±40 mA), and capacitive load drive capability up to 1 nF make them high-performance op amps well-suited for high-voltage industrial applications. The robust design of the OPAx202 family offers ease of use for circuit designers: integrated RF/EMI rejection filter, no phase reversal under overdrive conditions, and high ESD protection. The OPAx202 is optimized for a wide supply voltage range of +4.5 V (±2.25 V) to +48 V (±24 V) and an extended temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The OPA202 (single channel) is available in SOT-23-5 and SOP-8 packages. The OPA2202 (dual channel) is available in SOP-8, DFN-8, and MSOP-8 packages. The quad OPA4202 is available in SOP-14 and TSSOP-14 packages.
