The OPAx377 family of single, dual, and quad op amps represents a new generation of precision, low-power op amps. This family offers rail-to-rail input and output (RRIO) swing, low quiescent current (720 μA typical), combined with wide bandwidth (9 MHz) and ultralow noise (12 nV/√Hz at 1 kHz), making it ideal for a wide range of battery-powered applications requiring a good balance between cost and performance, such as audio output, motor phase current sensing, photodiode amplification, barcode scanners, and white goods. Low input bias current enables these amplifiers to be used in applications with megaohm-level source impedances. The robust design of the OPAx377 amplifiers provides ease of use for circuit designers: unity-gain stability with capacitive loads up to 500 pF, integrated RF/EMI rejection filters, no phase reversal under overdrive conditions, and high ESD protection (5 kV HBM). The OPAx377 amplifiers are optimized to operate over an extended temperature range of -40°C to +125°C at supply voltages from as low as +2.0 V (±1.0 V) to as high as +5.5 V (±2.75 V). The OPA377 (single) is available in SOT23-5 and SOP-8 packages. The OPA2377 (dual) is available in SOP-8 and MSOP-8 packages. The quad OPA4377 is available in SOP-14 and TSSOP-14 packages.
