OPA455IDDAR

The OPA455 is a high-voltage (150V), high output current drive (45mA), unity-gain stable op-amp with a gain bandwidth product of 6.5MHz and a slew rate of 32V/µs. Due to its wide output swing, this device is well-suited for high-voltage piezoelectric driving, avalanche photodiode biasing, and high-voltage Howland current pumps or voltage output stages. The OPA455 features internal protection against overtemperature conditions and current overload. The device operates fully over a wide supply voltage range of ±6V to ±75V or from a single supply of 12V to 150V. The status flag is an open-drain output, allowing the device to conveniently use standard low-voltage logic circuits as a reference. This high-voltage op-amp offers excellent precision and wide output swing without the phase reversal issues found in similar op-amps. The output can be disabled via the Enable/Disable (E/D) pin. The E/D pin features a common return pin for easy interfacing with low-voltage logic. This disable function operates without disturbing the input signal path, saving power while protecting the load.
