This 4-bit non-inverting translator features two independent configurable supply rails, enabling digital switching compatibility between mixed-voltage systems. It supports bidirectional translation between VCCA 1.2V - 3.6V, VCCB 1.65V - 5.5V (VCCA ≤ VCCB), and VCCB voltage nodes of 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, and 5V. When the output enable (OE) input is low, all outputs are placed in a high-impedance state, significantly reducing quiescent current consumption. To ensure the high-impedance state is maintained during power-up or power-down, OE should be connected to GND through a pull-down resistor; the minimum resistance value depends on the sourcing current capability of the driver.
