Overview
RS1G175 single-channel D-type flip-flop is designed for 1.65V to 5.5V VCC operation. The device features an asynchronous clear input. When CLR is HIGH, data transfer from the input pin to the output pin occurs on the rising edge of the clock. When CLR is LOW, Q is forced LOW regardless of the clock edge or data at D. The RS1G175 is fully specified for partial power-down applications using Ioff. The Ioff circuit disables the outputs, preventing damaging current backflow when the device is powered down. The device is available in green SOT23-6 and SC70-6 packages, with an operating ambient temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
