Overview
The RS3015 series is a low dropout linear regulator designed with CMOS technology, capable of delivering 300mA output current. The device supports input voltages up to 45V, making it well-suited for multi-cell battery systems, bus-powered systems, automotive battery-powered systems, and other high DC voltage applications. The wide input voltage range enables excellent tolerance to surge voltage transients while maintaining stable output voltage. The RS3015 series consumes only 3μA (typical) quiescent current, which is particularly critical for battery-powered systems to reduce overall standby power consumption. The RS3015 is offered in green, environmentally friendly SOT23-3, SOT23-5, SOT89-3, and SOT-223 packages to accommodate diverse application requirements.
