Overview
This series of low-dropout, low-power linear regulators delivers excellent AC performance — including high PSRR, low noise, fast startup, and superior line and load transient response — while drawing extremely low ground current. Fabricated using an advanced BiCMOS process, the devices feature a typically low dropout voltage at 500mA output. A precision voltage reference and feedback loop ensure high accuracy, and the devices remain stable with ceramic output capacitors. Available in a variety of green packages with a wide operating ambient temperature range.
