Overview
This series of push-pull output comparators features a fast propagation delay of 10 ns and operates over a supply voltage range of 2.7 V to 5.5 V. The beyond-the-rail input common-mode range makes them ideal for low-voltage applications. The rail-to-rail output can directly drive CMOS or TTL logic. Miniature packages offer options for portable and space-constrained applications. The RS8931 is available in a SOT23-5 package. The RS8932 is available in SOP8 and MSOP8 packages. The RS8931S is available in a SOT23-6 package.
