Overview
The RT9193 series is a high-accuracy, low-noise, fast-transient LDO linear regulator fabricated in CMOS process. This series integrates a built-in fixed reference voltage, error correction circuit, current limiting circuit, phase compensation circuit, and a low on-resistance MOSFET, achieving high ripple rejection, low output noise, fast transient response, and low dropout performance. The RT9193 series is compatible with ceramic capacitors smaller than coin-type capacitors, and requires no 0.1 μF bypass capacitor, saving board space and reducing cost. With high-accuracy output regulation and fast transient response performance to handle load current variations, it is especially suitable for handheld devices and RF products. By controlling the CE pin on the chip, the output can be shut down. The quiescent current in shutdown mode is only 0.1 μA (Typ), significantly reducing power consumption.
