Overview
RZ7889-MS is a DC bidirectional motor driver IC, suitable for toy motor drives, automatic valve motor drives, electromagnetic door lock drives, and similar applications. It features two logic input terminals for controlling motor forward, reverse, and braking operations. The IC offers excellent noise immunity, ultra-low standby current, and low output on-resistance. In addition, it integrates built-in diodes to suppress reverse kick-back current from inductive loads. The RZ7889-MS is available in an SOP-8 package, compliant with RoHS standards, with a 100% lead-free lead frame.
