Overview
RZ7899-MS is a DC bidirectional motor driver IC suitable for toy motor drives, automatic valve motor drives, electromagnetic door lock drives, and similar applications. It features two logic input terminals to control motor forward, reverse, and braking operations. The IC offers excellent noise immunity, ultra-low standby current, and low output on-resistance. It also integrates built-in diodes to suppress reverse surge current from inductive loads. The RZ7899-MS comes in an SOP-8 package, complies with RoHS standards, and features a 100% lead-free lead frame.
