Overview
SA8345-MS is a DC bidirectional motor driver IC, suitable for toy motor drives, automatic valve motor drives, electromagnetic door lock drives, and similar applications. It features two logic input terminals for controlling motor forward, reverse, and braking operations. The IC offers excellent noise immunity, ultra-low standby current, and low output on-resistance. It also incorporates built-in diodes to dissipate reverse surge currents from inductive loads. The SA8345-MS is available in an SOP-8 package, complies with RoHS standards, and features a 100% lead-free lead frame.
