Overview
SA8349-MS is a DC bidirectional motor driver IC, suitable for toy motor drives, automatic valve motor drives, electromagnetic door lock drives, and similar applications. It features two logic input terminals for controlling motor forward, reverse, and braking. The IC offers excellent noise immunity, minimal standby current, and low output on-resistance. In addition, it incorporates built-in diodes for freewheeling of reverse surge current from inductive loads. The SA8349-MS comes in an SOP-8 package, is RoHS compliant, and features a 100% lead-free lead frame.
