SIT1021NQTK

SIT1021NQ is a Local Interconnect Network (LIN) physical layer transceiver compliant with LIN 2.0, LIN 2.1, LIN 2.2, LIN 2.2A, ISO 17987-4:2016 (12V), and SAE J2602 standards. It is primarily designed for in-vehicle networks operating at data rates from 1kbps to 20kbps. The SIT1021NQ controls the LIN bus state via the TXD pin, converting the transmit data stream from the protocol controller into bus signals with optimized slew rate and waveform shaping to minimize EME. The LIN bus output pin features an internal pull-up resistor; an external resistor in series with a diode to pull up the LIN bus port to VBAT is only required when used as a master node. The SIT1021NQ receives data from the bus via the LIN pin and delivers it to an external microcontroller through the receiver output pin RXD. The SIT1021NQ operates over a supply voltage range of 5.5V to 27V, supporting 12V applications. In sleep mode, it achieves ultra-low current consumption, rapidly minimizes power dissipation upon fault conditions, and can be brought back to normal operating mode via a message on the LIN pin, WAKE_N pin, or SLP_N pin.
