SIT1028Q is a Local Interconnect Network physical layer transceiver with an integrated high-voltage LDO regulator, capable of providing a stable 5V/3.3V supply for external ECU microcontrollers or related peripherals. This LIN transceiver complies with LIN2.0, LIN2.1, LIN2.2, LIN2.2A, ISO17987-4:2016, and SAE J2602 standards, and is primarily intended for in-vehicle networks operating at data rates from 1kbps to 20kbps. The LIN bus output pin features an internal pull-up resistor and bus output waveform shaping to reduce EMI. The device accepts low-voltage signals from the microcontroller via the TXD pin and transmits them onto the LIN bus, while receiving bus data through the LIN pin and returning it to the microcontroller via the RXD pin. The SIT1028Q supports 12V applications over a supply voltage range of 5.5V to 28V. It achieves ultra-low current consumption in sleep mode, rapidly minimizes power dissipation upon fault detection, and supports remote wake-up via the LIN bus or transition to normal operating mode via the EN pin. The device provides a power-on and power-off detection output pin RSTN for the 5V/3.3V regulator, enabling the microcontroller to monitor the regulator supply status.
