SIT3485ISO

The SIT3485ISO is a capacitively isolated half-duplex RS-485 transceiver with bus port ESD protection exceeding 15kV HBM. It is a fully TIA/EIA-485 compliant RS-485 transceiver. The SIT3485ISO integrates one driver and one receiver, both of which can be independently enabled and disabled. When both are disabled, the driver and receiver outputs enter a high-impedance state. The SIT3485ISO features 1/8 unit load, allowing up to 256 SIT3485ISO transceivers to be connected on the same communication bus. It supports error-free data transmission at up to 500kbps. The SIT3485ISO provides failsafe protection, over-temperature protection, current limiting protection, and overvoltage protection.
