Overview
Dual-channel 4A high-speed low-side gate driver capable of efficiently and safely driving MOSFETs and IGBTs. Features such as low propagation delay and mismatch, along with a compact SOP-8 package, enable MOSFET switching frequencies up to hundreds of kHz. Suitable for synchronous rectification driving in server and telecom power supplies, where the dead time of the synchronous MOSFET directly impacts converter efficiency. Output drive current can be increased by paralleling dual channels. Input pin threshold voltage is based on TTL levels, compatible with inputs ranging from -5V to 20V. A wide VDD supply voltage range of 4.5V to 20V enables effective driving of MOSFETs or GaN power devices. Integrated UVLO protection ensures the output remains low under abnormal conditions. An independent input pin voltage range of -5V to 24V ensures stable operation under voltage overshoot caused by parasitic inductance. Input pin voltage thresholds are also compatible with TTL-level inputs.
