These devices are designed to withstand overvoltage faults such as direct shorts to power supplies, miswiring faults, connector failures, cable crushing, and tool misoperation. They also feature high robustness against ESD events, with high-level protection compliant with the Human Body Model specification. These devices integrate a differential driver and a differential receiver, operating from a single supply. The driver differential output and receiver differential input are internally connected to form a bus port suitable for half-duplex (two-wire bus) communication. The cable inversion pin (INV) can actively correct miswiring errors that may occur during installation. Upon detection of a communication error, the user can apply a logic high to the INV pin to effectively invert the polarity of the differential bus port, thereby correcting reversed bus wires. These devices feature a wide common-mode voltage range, making them suitable for multipoint applications over long cable runs. The operating temperature range is -40℃ to 105℃.
