These devices feature robust 3.3V drivers and receivers in small packages, suitable for industrial applications. The bus pins are ESD-protected, with high-level protection against the Human Body Model and IEC contact discharge specifications. Each device integrates one differential driver and one differential receiver, both powered by a single 3.3V supply. The driver differential output and receiver differential input are internally connected to form a bus port for half-duplex (2-wire bus) communication. The wide common-mode voltage range makes these devices suitable for long-cable applications. These devices are rated for an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
