Overview
SS6285L is a DC bidirectional motor driver IC suitable for toy motor drives, automatic valve motor drives, electromagnetic door lock drives, and similar applications. It features two logic input terminals for controlling motor forward, reverse, and braking operations. The IC offers excellent noise immunity, minimal standby current, and low output on-resistance, along with built-in diodes for suppressing reverse kickback current from inductive loads.
