Overview
TC4424AVOA713 is a power switch driver featuring matched rise and fall times when charging and discharging the gate of a power switch. This device offers high latch-up immunity under all conditions within its rated power and voltage range. TC4424AVOA713 will not be damaged by noise spikes of up to 5V (either polarity) on the ground pin. The device can withstand reverse currents of up to 500mA forcing its output to pull back without damage or logic upset. All pins are fully protected against ESD up to 2.0 kV.
