Overview
The TC4428AEOA is a power switch series driver. It features matched rise and fall times when charging and discharging the gates of power switches. The device exhibits high latch-up immunity under any conditions within its rated power and voltage range. The device will not be damaged when noise spikes of up to 5V (either polarity) appear on the ground pin. The device can accept up to 500mA of reverse current forced back into its output without damage or logic upset. All terminals are fully protected against ESD up to 2.0 kV. Housed in an SOIC8 package, it operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
