TC7S32FU-TP

The TC7S32 is a single 2-input OR gate. The device is designed for operation with Vcc ranging from 1.65 V to 5.5 V and can be driven by 3.3 V or 5 V devices. This feature allows these devices to be used as translators in mixed 3.3 V and 5 V environments. The TC7S32 performs the Boolean function Y = A + B or Ȳ = ĀB in positive logic. This CMOS device maintains low quiescent power consumption over a wide Vcc operating range while providing high output drive capability. The TC7S32 is available in SOT23-5 and SOT353 packages.
