Overview

TC8002D is an audio power amplifier IC with shutdown mode. Operating at a 5V supply voltage, it delivers an average output power of 3W into a 3Ω load with THD not exceeding 10%. For portable devices, when VDD is applied to the shutdown pin, TC8002D enters shutdown mode with extremely low power consumption — quiescent current IQ as low as 0.6μA. TC8002D is an audio power amplifier IC designed for high-power, high-fidelity applications. It requires minimal external components and operates over a supply voltage range of 2.0V to 5.5V.
