Overview

TLV716 is a dual-channel, capacitor-free, 150mA LDO regulator family offering multiple fixed output voltage options (ranging from 1V to 3.3V). The family provides 1% initial accuracy and 1.5% accuracy over the full temperature range. The TLV716 family is designed to remain stable with or without input or output capacitors. Removing the output capacitor enables an extremely compact solution size. The TLV716P family features an active pull-down circuit that rapidly discharges the output voltage in applications requiring an output capacitor. The device also controls inrush current during power-up and enable events. Inrush control charges the output load with a constant current during device startup, thereby reducing the risk of unintended overcurrent faults on the input power supply or battery. The TLV716 is available in a 1.2mm × 1.2mm SOT-6 package, making it ideal for space-constrained applications.
